Ready, Willing & Able Philadelphia (RWAP) addresses substance use disorder by providing dormitory-style transitional housing for up to 61 men, alongside vital support services including case management, connection to external recovery supports, paid work opportunities, job readiness, and lifelong graduate support. Guided by the principles of Recovery, Dignity, Sustainability, and Visibility, we work at the intersection of two of Philadelphia's most pressing issues. We help people living with substance use disorder stay off the streets and in recovery. We remove litter from neighborhood business corridors to help small businesses and residents prosper.

Position Summary

Food preparation and related services in the assigned kitchen by production, purchasing products, servicing residents and staff, and directing food service trainees as needed.
