Responsibilities: Contributes to planning and effective resource allocation in the production group (mechanic assembly). Plans own work steps in cooperation with other team members. Performs a set of qualified assembly operations, which may includes all electronic, electro-mechanic and mechanic assemblies or sub-assemblies. Constantly monitors availability of parts, tools and machines needed to complete product in the relevant subsequent steps of the overall assembly process. Uses specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintains functionality. Contributes to plan, execute and analyze the results of test routines and procedures, often in a complex test environment Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations. Requirements: A degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Must be a Qualified Trade Tested Fitter Artisan 3-5 years' experience within mechanical industrial gearbox environment involving equipment commissioning, assembly and maintenance & repair. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in remote and on-site support environments. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards (EHS, risk assessments, etc.). Attributes: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues effectively. Good report writing skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to continuous learning and improving technical knowledge.
