Introduction

ARE YOU OUR NEXT ADMINISTRATOR? The Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with the procurement and disposal of fleet assets.

Your core focus areas
  • Maintain and update fleet records, including vehicle registration, insurance, and service history.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and driver logs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in the procurement, licensing, and disposal of fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet legal and safety standards.
  • Liaise with staff, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Track and report on fleet performance metrics.
  • Support the Technical Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
Minimum requirements
  • Matric.
  • Proven experience in fleet administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software with ability to work on multiple systems.
  • Good communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Code 8 Drivers license.
