To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the registration and query handling of claims

• Adherence to claims notification and registration process
• Claims support and administration
• Liaising with insurers to follow up on outstanding documents
• Reactive policy underwriting
• Customer Service
• Adherence to risk and compliance requirements

• National Senior Certificate/ Matric
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full FSCA aligned qualification as per legislation (advantageous)
• Regulatory examination 5 (RE5) - (advantageous)

• Minimum 1 year's applicable Short Term Insurance Customer Service and Claims experience
• Minimum 6 months Contact Centre experience

• Multilingual, including English
• Problem solving skills
• Empathetic
• Ability to cope under pressure
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literate (MS office including Outlook)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
