As 'n Finansiële Assessor sal jy uitreik na kliënte wat finansiële hulp benodig en reeds belangstelling in ons dienste getoon het. As die eerste kontakpunt in 'n kliënt se skuldbestuursreis, word jy 'n ambassadeur vir ons handelsmerk en 'n belangrike deel van ons stap-vir-stap oplossingsproses.

Jy sal 'n vinnige besluitnemer, besliste individu moet wees wat verwagtinge kan bestuur, vrae duidelik kan beantwoord en akkurate inligting betyds kan verskaf. Jy sal ook ons interne stelsels gebruik om kliënte te skakel en hulle na die volgende fase van die proses (Finansiële Konsultante) oor te plaas, dus sal tegniese vaardighede 'n sterk voordeel wees.

Ons sal uitgebreide induksie en rolspesifieke opleiding aan jou verskaf om te verseker dat jy ten volle voorbereid is vir die uitdaging. • Kontak kliënte wat navrae by die maatskappy gedoen het om inligting oor hul finansiële situasie in te samel.
• Assessering van kliënte se finansiële inligting om hul finansiële posisie te bepaal.
• Maak uitgaande oproepe na potensiële kliënte.
• Bestuur kliënte betrokkenheid op ons verskeie platforms en/of Uitgaande Kanale.
• Verskaf uitstekende kliëntediens en bestuur kliënteverwagtinge.
• Oordra kwalifiserende kliënte na ons kundige Finansiële Konsultasiespan om 'n deeglike assessering te voltooi.

• Mededingende salaris- en voordelepakket.
• Minimum 2 jaar ondervinding in verkope en/of kliëntediens (oproepgebaseerde rolle is voordelig).

Summary: We are looking for passionate and motivated sales individuals to join our Onboarding team as Financial Assessors. This role plays a key part in our consumers' journey. As a Financial Assessor, you will reach out to consumers who need financial assistance and have already shown interest in our services. As the first point of contact in a client's debt-management journey, you become an ambassador for our brand and a crucial part of our solution funnel.

You'll need to be a quick-thinking, decisive individual who can manage expectations, answer questions clearly, and provide accurate information in a timely manner. You'll also use our internal systems to connect with clients and transfer them to the next stage of the process (Financial Consultants), so being tech-savvy will be a strong advantage.

We'll provide extensive induction and role-specific training to you, to ensure that you're fully prepared for the challenge. Responsibilities:

• Contact clients who have made enquiries with the company to gather information about their financial situation.
• Assessing client financial information to determine their financial position.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Manage consumer engagements on our various platforms and/or Outbound Channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations accordingly.
• Transfer eligible consumers to our expert Financial Consulting team to complete a thorough assessment.

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service (call-based roles advantageous).
• Afrikaans fluency advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Growth mindset and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Motivated to grow into the Financial Consulting team.
