What You'll Be Doing:- Oversee the work of a Junior Financial Accountant
- Owning and maintaining Order and Financial Databases with full data integrity
- Converting operational data into invoice-ready packs with supporting documentation
- Managing supplier, transporter, fuel, port, and client reconciliations
- Preparing weekly operational performance reports (tonnage, cost per ton, margins)
- Producing monthly financial reports including cash flow, debtors aging, and payables
- Monitoring FX rates and tracking impact on margins and transactions
- Supporting Board and EXCO reporting with structured financial packs
- Identifying process gaps and driving reporting improvements
