What this role is about:This is more than just financial reporting. You'll take full ownership of the finance function across a multi-entity structure, driving compliance, strategy, and operational excellence. From leading budgets and cash flow forecasting to overseeing tax, audit, and company secretarial requirements, your insight will directly influence key decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead annual budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and board packs
- Oversee VAT, tax submissions, payroll, and SARS compliance
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and multi-entity reporting
- Act as Company Secretary and Public Officer for group entities
- Support audits, risk management, and process improvements
