Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for A to Z of the Financial Accounting, Management and Reporting of Nipro Medical Europe's (NME) South-African Sales & Distribution subsidiary Nipro Medical South Africa, and (in shared services to a sister company) NME's Service Provider Business operational holding subsidiary, Universal Renal Care South Africa. This role reports into the Country Manager of Nipro Medical South Africa overseeing both South African entities. There is a functional reporting line in NME's matrix-structure to the Finance Manager Middle East & Africa.

• BCom Accounting Honours, CA(SA), SAICA accredited.
• At least 5 years' experience in a senior finance role post articles.
• Proven track record as a Finance Team Leader with excellent leadership skills.
• People management is your second nature, with a focus on employee coaching and development of team members.
• Experience in partnering with the other Business Departments.
• Analytical, results oriented and hands on can do mentality.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills & deadline-driven.
• Advanced Excel user experience is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a big plus.
• Self-starter and self-steerer.
