Our national client within the Transport / Supply Chain Management industry is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator for their branch in Kempton Park.
Responsibilities- Grade 12 with numeracy skills
- Advanced Excel - required
- Accurate and deadline driven
- Assisting with all administration associated with maintenance
- Issuing suppliers with order numbers
- Following up / reconciling / matching quotations and invoices
- Ensuring that quotations are properly authorized
- Compiling outstanding invoices to accrue for month end
- Compiling monthly breakdown reports
- Ensuring that all invoices are signed off by Management
- Ensuring that vehicle files are updated with:
- Break test and fitness certificates
- Vehicle licenses
- Vehicle registrations
- Updating the master fleet list
- Assisting with any other clerical / admin task when required to do so
