Our national client within the Transport / Supply Chain Management industry is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator for their branch in Kempton Park.

Responsibilities
  • Grade 12 with numeracy skills
  • Advanced Excel - required
  • Accurate and deadline driven
  • Assisting with all administration associated with maintenance
  • Issuing suppliers with order numbers
  • Following up / reconciling / matching quotations and invoices
  • Ensuring that quotations are properly authorized
  • Compiling outstanding invoices to accrue for month end
  • Compiling monthly breakdown reports
  • Ensuring that all invoices are signed off by Management
  • Ensuring that vehicle files are updated with:
    • Break test and fitness certificates
    • Vehicle licenses
    • Vehicle registrations
    • Updating the master fleet list
  • Assisting with any other clerical / admin task when required to do so
