We are looking for a proactive Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper to take ownership of core finance operations, from month-end processes to management reporting. You will work closely with the CFO in a high-impact role that offers real career progression and exposure to strategic finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Month-end and bookkeeping responsibilities include preparing journals, accruals and reconciliations while maintaining the general ledger.
  • You will manage invoicing, customer reconciliations and collections support, as well as supplier processing, reconciliations and payment preparation.
  • The role also includes bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring and assisting with forecasting. You will support VAT201 and EMP201 submissions, prepare monthly management packs including profit and loss reporting and KPI analysis, and contribute to process improvement and automation across the finance function. You will also support the CFO and act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting is required together with two to four years of experience in a finance role.
  • Candidates should have strong experience working with Pastel, Xero and SARS e-Filing and must have advanced Excel skills.
