Ello Technology is hiring a Finance & Accounts Officerto own day-to-day finance operations across three related entities.

This is not a "capture and file" role.

This is full ownership of finance hygiene, reconciliations, supplierdiscipline, and Zoho Books optimisation.

  • ElloApple (Property)

You must maintain clean separation between entities, correctintercompany handling, and audit-ready books at all times.

What You'll Own
  • ZohoBooks accuracy across all entities
  • Expensecapture & coding (100% document-backed)
  • Supplieronboarding & creditors ageing
  • Weeklypayment runs
  • Weeklybank & card reconciliations
  • Month-endreadiness (clean, current, review-ready)
  • Financeprocess automation inside Zoho Books

You own the expense side, supplier discipline, reconciliations, reportingvisibility, and automation.

How You're Measured
  • 90-95%of expenses captured within 48-72 hours
  • 100%attachment compliance
  • Weeklyreconciliations (minimal unresolved items)
  • Zerolate supplier payments due to internal delays
  • Month-endpack ready by agreed deadline

Finance should become a quiet advantage - not a fire tofight.

  • Stronghands-on Zoho Books experience
