Our products are in 100 countries globally and supporting this takes a huge effort.This position supports the delivery of high quality repair, maintenance, and technical support services across Smith+Nephew's product portfolio, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and manufacturer specifications.You will work under general supervision, developing your technical capability, applying effective troubleshooting techniques, and delivering consistent, high quality workmanship. Perform repairs, checks, and preventive maintenance on Smith+Nephew electronic and mechanical products Conduct annual service checks at customer sites Deliver technical assistance and documentation to internal teams and external customers Provide technical support to Sales teams and customers Ensure accurate and efficient management of service documentation Respond to service complaints in line with defined processes Maintain excellent follow up on all customer initiated issues Meet defined KPIs for repair turnaround times and service quality Support mentoring and development initiatives when required Ensure full compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Successful candidates would need the following: Diploma or Degree in Clinical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical qualification Up to 2 years' experience in a technical service environment (hospital or medical device environment preferred) Solid understanding of electro mechanical repair practices Strong customer service orientation and professional ethics Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and document technical issues accurately Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; SAP advantageous) Valid driver's licence You.
