Field Sales Analyst
Job Description
Drive Field Sales team productivity as lead for trade reporting, innovation and delivery of productivity initiatives and Client engagement programs. Ownership of DP depletions, customer master file and mapping with Insights team, coverage plans, KPI Management, reporting, and general administration.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Analytical skills-ability to connect data and translate into meaningful sales and productivity initiatives.
- Experience as a field sales representative / striker or among front line selling for at least 1 year.
- Competent IT skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to manage a varied and complex daily agenda and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Generates innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and creative solutions that add value.
- Provides constructive, actionable feedback to help people improve performance.
- Fluent in written & spoken English. Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and field force automation tools.
- Self driven and able to work independently.
- Will travel %.
