We are seeking a Call Centre Agent / Driver for a permanent role based in Parktown North, Gauteng

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 with a proven track record in debt collections and at least three years of driving experience.
  • Looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between office-based strategy and field-based execution.
  • Due to navigating various locations, candidate must have strong route-planning skills and the ability to use navigation technology effectively to optimize their daily schedules.
  • Must be a people person with active listening, persuasive/negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships even in challenging situations.
  • Should be well-presented and possesses the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive conversations.

  • Health & Safety - oversee H&S audits; ensure adherence to road traffic regulations and passenger safety; reviewing of vehicles roadworthy
  • Contracted services and service development - adherence to private hire targets and SLAs
  • Stakeholder management - productive relationships with stakeholders; prioritize communication
  • Reporting - concise reporting; operational plan reports; oversight to the development of reports / policies / procedures
  • Financial / risk management - identify / manage project risk and maintain project plan; quarterly and annual reporting
  • People management - training subordinates; management staff performance; implement people management practices; manage staff morale
