What you will be doing:
  • Lead and oversee the internal sales department to ensure service levels and customer relations are enhanced and maintained as per Franklin key factors of success.
  • Allocate work to and coordinate the activities of the Internal Sales Staff to ensure adequate output of work is maintained.
  • Address and resolve more complex queries related to sales orders and deliveries.
  • Approve and release credit authorizations on JDE. Ensure effective administration and operational efficiency of the Internal Sales Department.
  • Manage the order book to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Provide support to the external sales team to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Oversee the management of the FMI stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all internal sales staff are measured on order throughput and follow-through.

What you need:

Grade 12

Post grade 12 Diploma will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years' experience needed in the Pump industry, alternatively in a technical environment.
