FARM PRODUCTION OFFICER - FM2320

To ensure that the company continually sources and produces high-quality fruits which meet specific market demands in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business or Management related.
• An advance degree in a relevant subject matter field will be desirable.
• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of exposure in the citrus/grapes industry from grassroots processes to quality requirements.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years established in external grower relations.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years engaging with executives, leaders, production personnel, and external grower partners.
• General agricultural knowledge.
• General business acumen.
• Computer packages and system(s) currently in use by the company.
• Optimise people performance and effective management of HR and talent.
• Ability to manage budgets, cashflows, financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to manage operations efficiently.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Relative financial and operational knowledge in the citrus/grape's operations.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational and influential abilities, and the ability to see, retain, and develop talent.
