We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Factory Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a high-capacity production environment. This senior role involves overseeing shopfloor activities, managing large teams, and ensuring efficient production across multiple processes in a technically demanding setting.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior workshop or manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong technical background within machining or heavy engineering environments
  • Experience managing large teams and multi-shift operations
  • Ability to oversee production planning and workflow optimisation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands on shopfloor involvement
  • Knowledge of CNC machining, gear manufacturing, or similar processes advantageous
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
