Job Description

We are recruiting for our renewable energy client seeking a Facility Coordinator to support the Facility Management and Operations & Maintenance teams across renewable energy assets.

The role focuses on contract compliance, operational coordination, and performance monitoring of renewable energy facilities, ensuring projects operate in line with contractual, regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Coordinate facility management activities across renewable energy assets.
  • Monitor compliance with project documents, contracts and operational obligations.
  • Track O&M contractor performance against contractual availability guarantees.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers and contractual compliance registers.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Monitor compliance across health, safety, environmental and operational standards.
  • Support warranty and insurance claim processes where required.
  • Assist with reporting, risk identification and operational performance monitoring.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of project documentation including PPA, EPC and O&M contracts.
  • Knowledge of solar and/or wind technologies.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational and administrative processes.
