Job Description

Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Technician to join a dynamic and professional multi site workspace environment based in Cape Town.

This role is ideal for a hands on, technically strong individual with solid electrical and maintenance experience who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of facilities operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • General building maintenance, plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, and upkeep
  • Electrical fault finding and maintenance on single phase systems
  • Preventative maintenance inspections and troubleshooting
  • Coordinating contractors and service providers when required
  • Basic HVAC maintenance and support
  • Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring all workspaces are presentation ready
  • Managing maintenance across multiple locations in Cape Town
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in facilities or maintenance within commercial, hospitality, or office environments
  • Electrical qualification (N2/N3 or equivalent essential)
  • Strong electrical fault finding experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
