EXTERNAL MODERATOR: BAKERY

A relevant three-year teaching qualification (REQV 13) with 3 years lecturing experience and 2 years' experience as a moderator in Bakery subjects N4 - N6, Work experience in Bakery industry will be an added advantage. Must be qualified as an assessor and moderator and must be registered with Sace.

Moderate practical work as per required sample number by DHET for Bakery subjects from N4 - N6, Record the marks in the DHET moderation report. Compile report on the findings and give feedback to the respective subject.

Applications must be submitted on the New Z83 which must be fully completed, obtainable from any Public Service Department and MUST include a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications including academic records, driver's license, and identity document.
