Job Summary The Executive Support & Projects Coordinator provides high-level coordination and operational support to the executive. The role is responsible for managing reporting processes, coordinating key business activities, and supporting the delivery of strategic and operational projects. The position ensures that reporting timelines, stakeholder engagements, and project deliverables are managed efficiently, enabling the executive to focus on strategic leadership and decision-making. Job Description 1. Executive Support Provide professional administrative and coordination support to the executive. Manage the executive's schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation and prioritisation of meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and follow-up actions. Track and monitor key action items arising from meetings and ensure timely completion. Coordinate communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.2. Reporting Coordination Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Engage with various teams to collect required data and ensure reporting deadlines are met. Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting requirements. Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership review. Maintain reporting calendars and ensure consistent delivery of reports.3. Project Coordination Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of key strategic and operational projects. Maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and track deliverables. Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed on project progress. Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies to the executive where necessary.4. Stakeholder Coordination Act as a central coordination point between the executive's office and internal teams. Facilitate communication and follow-ups with key stakeholders. Support the preparation and coordination of presentations, workshops, and business engagements.5. Process & Operational Support Improve coordination processes to enhance efficiency within the executive office. Maintain organised records, documents, and reporting templates. Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives, research, and analysis as required.Key Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently with discretion and professionalism Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
