Executive Lead: Brand Strategy & Experience
Job Description
Our client is looking for a senior brand leader to shape and elevate its brand strategy, positioning, and overall experience. This role is responsible for defining how the organisation shows up in the market, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in influencing leadership, embedding a strong internal brand culture, and driving alignment between brand, business strategy, and stakeholder experience.
Minimum requirements:- Honours degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- MBA or Executive Leadership qualification is advantageous
- Minimum 15 years' experience in a senior brand leadership role
- Proven experience shaping brand strategy at an enterprise level
- Experience within financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Lead the organisation's brand strategy, positioning, and brand framework
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand expression across all platforms and stakeholder touchpoints
- Shape and evolve the brand narrative to support long-term growth and relevance
- Advise executive leadership on brand-related opportunities, risks, and positioning
- Drive brand governance and ensure alignment to corporate identity standards
- Lead initiatives that strengthen internal brand adoption and employee advocacy
- Oversee brand campaigns, visual identity, and creative direction
- Monitor and enhance stakeholder perception and overall brand experience
- Own and govern the organisation's brand architecture and corporate identity at an enterprise level
- Strengthen the organisation's presence and influence across internal and external stakeholder landscapes
