Executive Housekeeper
Job Description
Responsible for the overall running of the housekeeping department with emphasis on maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness, room presentation and maintenance to ensure that the hotel in all aspects maintains the 5-star rating that is currently achieved. This includes maintaining hotel policy and procedures, rules and regulations, upholding the company's vision, mission and values, and being available for training and development as required by the company.
Qualifications- Formal Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- A hospitality qualification would be an added advantage
- Prior Experience
- 5 years' work experience in a similar environment
- Fidelio knowledge is an advantage
- Financial knowledge is an added advantage; computer literacy is essential
- Special Training
- Fidelio training will be provided.
- Maintain consistency in standards
- Training, development and human resources
