• Discreet and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

• Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., 1Check, PMS).

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in inspecting the cleanliness of rooms and public areas (250 to 400 rooms).
• Report any maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering department.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs within the Resort.
• Manage and train a team of 50 to 80 employees, organizing their daily work schedules.
• Lead daily briefings and debriefings with the team.
• Monitor stock levels, identify needs, and process necessary orders.
• Ensure the correct use of automatic cleaning equipment.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets Club Med quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the Resort.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
