Our client in Hluhluwe is looking for an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure world-class food standards, and deliver exceptional guest dining experiences in a lodge environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations, hygiene, and food quality standards

  • Design menus, control costs, and manage stock effectively

  • Train chefs and enforce kitchen procedures and standards

  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and guest dining experience

  • Maintain supplier relations, admin, and compliance processes


Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food costing

  • Experience in lodge or hospitality environments

  • Valid driver's license
