Job Summary We are looking for an organized, proactive Executive Assistant & Project Administrator to provide high-level support to an executive and help coordinate key projects, meetings, travel, and stakeholder engagements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in communication, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Key responsibilities Manage and prioritise the executive's inbox, calendar, meetings, and follow-ups Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and internal/external meetings (venues, catering, RSVPs, agendas, minutes) Support project administration by tracking actions, timelines, deliverables, and status updates Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries, claims) and prepare travel packs Prepare professional documents and presentations; maintain accurate records and filing systems Support stakeholder engagement by coordinating communications, schedules, and meeting materials Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring queries are handled professionally and timeously Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or Project Administrator Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting platforms Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines Education Bachelor's Degree: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
