Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Retail Store Assistants at Novelty Anchors. This role is ideal for recent matriculants who are looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist with the display and arrangement of merchandise.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well stocked.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Support the team with daily operational tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate (recently completed).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Basic numerical and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required, training will be provided.
