ArcelorMittal Thabazimbi is recruiting for a Junior Manager in Engineering

Responsibilities & requirements

The leading and organisation of electrical & mechanical artisans to ensure the availability of Machinery reach the planned targets

Provide technical and expert advice on general maintenance of all equipment & machines

Provide advice in a holistic and pro-active manner to avoid possible problems

Identify components causing excessive downtime and find permanent solutions

Provide assistance to the supervisor & co-workers to allow timeous completion of closure activities as per plan

Qualifications & requirements

National Diploma Electrical or Mechanical (NQF 6/10)

Millwright (Experience in Mechanical (Diesel and Fitter) and Electrical Maintenance

Three years of post-qualifications experience

Experience in Electrical and Fitting

In a position to obtain Medical Fitness Certificate

Good SHEQ training and knowledge
