Requirements
  • Relevant IR qualification or legal background demonstrating exposure to industrial policies and regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years' direct experience operating in an IR/ER capacity within the restaurant/retail industry
  • Working knowledge of Bargaining Councils, relevant industry legislation, and Union engagement protocols.
  • Proven ability in report writing, policy drafting, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated honesty, fairness, and consistency in maintaining balance between employee and employer interests.
