Ekurhuleni West TVET College is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for its 2026 Hospitality Trainees Programme at Germiston Campus.

A new hospitality training opportunity has opened in Gauteng for unemployed graduates who still need practical workplace exposure and will also get monthly allowance of R4, 500.00

• N6 Hospitality Certificate
• Unemployed graduates
• Need to complete their 18-month workplace training
• Determination for exposure to food service, kitchen operations, and structured hospitality support work

• Compiling and placing orders
• Stock taking for food and equipment
• Store keeping and issuing ingredients
• Nutrition and menu planning
• Assisting lecturers with demonstrations
• Cooking food for the crèche
• Liaising with suppliers
• Assisting with planning functions
• Maintaining MSDS records in the kitchen
• Ensuring OHS administration compliance
• Supervising students during functions and restaurant days

• Have completed N6 Hospitality
• Want practical hospitality experience
• Are interested in food service and kitchen operations
• Need to complete their 18-month workplace training
• Have not previously completed a similar internship

• Certified Matric certificate
• Certified N4 to N6 certificates
• Certified copy of ID on both sides

• Late submissions will place the application at risk
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
• If no response is received within 60 days, the application should be considered unsuccessful
• Candidates who have already completed an 18-month internship should not apply
