Education Recruitment Resourcer (Fully Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-based)
Salary: R13,000 - R20,000 per month + commission
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time, 52 weeks per year)
Reporting to: Resource Manager
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative, and fully remote recruitment environment focused on the education sector.
What You'll Be Doing End-to-End Recruitment SupportManage the full recruitment lifecycle - from advertising roles to interview coordination and onboarding
Write, post, and manage engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
Maintain accurate trackers and provide regular pipeline updates
Candidate & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales consultants, compliance teams, and managers
Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process
Compliance & AdministrationEnsure all candidates meet compliance standards (right to work, vetting checks, documentation)
Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and databases
Manage inboxes, documentation, and admin processes with exceptional attention to detail
Attraction & Recruitment MarketingMonitor job advert performance and suggest improvements
Work with marketing to enhance candidate attraction strategies
Explore and implement innovative sourcing methods
Requirements What We're Looking For- Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house) - essential
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Confidence writing job adverts for different audiences
- Familiarity with e-signature tools (e.g. Adobe Sign)
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong relationship-builder with a customer-focused mindset
- Calm under pressure with excellent time management
