:DynamX Trainee Programme
Job Description
The :DynamX Trainee Program grows and develops graduates by building technical capability aligned to their career aspirations while equipping them with cross functional experience within a fast paced corporate environment. The program is a highly competitive 24 month program comprised of segmented fixed term contracts. Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase of the program. It operates on a learning model, where participants learn 70% of their knowledge through challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.

QualificationsProfile: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in areas such as Finance, People (Psychology or HR related), Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics. No more than 2 years of full time formal working experience by the program start date (internship, vacation work, short duration contracts do not apply). By program start, completed Bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institution. Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country. Geographical mobility within South Africa. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
