• Assist in the recruitment process by providing support in sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit with our clients.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job specifications and organizational needs.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless application experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the selection process and enhance candidate experience.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and ideas for improving talents support strategies.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills in the recruitment field.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus but not required.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards supporting the recruitment process and helping candidates succeed.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, supported by our paid relocation package to aid your transition.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
