Job Description What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers timeously and in a polite and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Document interactions clearly in the system
  • Meet quality and performance targets
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (for internal communication)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets or deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call centre systems.
