Minimum Requirements

• ️ Matric or relevant qualification
• ️ 2-3 years relevant working experience
• ️ Driver's licence older than 4 years
• ️ Code 14 licence will be an added advantage
• ️ Knowledge and understanding of TPT terminal operations
• ️ Ability to work shifts

Skills & Abilities

• ️ Good interpersonal skills
• ️ Ability to work under pressure
• ️ Strong time management skills
• ️ Good communication skills
• ️ Ability to maintain good relationships and motivate co-workers

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Loading and off-loading vehicles
• ️ Working long hours or weekends when ships/vessels arrive
• ️ Reporting accidents or unsafe work procedures
• ️ Conducting vehicle inspections before starting work
• ️ Resolving operational issues and conflicts when necessary
• ️ Performing ad-hoc duties as required by the department
• ️ Ensuring safety requirements are always met
