Job Description
Tychoflash (Pty) Ltd Mining and Contracting Company is currently looking for a
Driver to be based at Klerksdorp.
- Grade 12/ Matric Certificate
- Certificate in Advanced Driving (will be an added advantage)
- Valid Code 8/10 Driver's Licence
- Must be willing to work shifts, irregular hours, weekends, and be on standby
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and environments.
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport
- goods, passengers, or packages to specified
- destinations while following all traffic regulations.
- Basic maintenance checks, and report issues promptly to ensure roadworthiness.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS or maps to meet deadlines, load/unload cargo or assist passengers, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Log mileage, fuel usage, deliveries, and any incidents; communicate with dispatchers about delays or problems.
- Provide professional customer service and comply with safety protocols, including refueling and arranging repairs as needed.
