A respected and long-established private optometry practice, based in a prominent shopping centre in the heart of Bloemfontein, is seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join their team as soon as possible. With over 20 years of trusted service and a loyal client base, this practice offers a stable and rewarding environment for the right candidate.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Optical Dispenser, Practice Assistant, or Practice Manager who thrives in a patient-focused setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The successful individual will play a key role in the practice's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a welcoming experience for every patient.

The position requires a candidate who is confident, organised, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining a high standard of care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with patients and team members alike.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with every fourth Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. The practice is closed on Sundays and public holidays, supporting a balanced work environment.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Proven experience within the optometric field
• Advanced proficiency in the Eminance optometry program (essential)
• Solid experience in optometric practice management
