ABOUT THE ROLEThe Student Recruitment Director leads and executes recruitment across all cycles, driving enrolment through strategy, sales-led execution, and team leadership. The role focuses on building strong pipelines, managing external partners, and using data to optimise performance, while developing systems and processes that enable a high-performing, scalable recruitment function.
WHAT YOU NEEDFor this role, we're looking for someone with senior experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales-led environments, with a proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams. Strong track record of driving enrolment targets, building recruitment strategies, and executing at scale. Experience developing systems, processes, and performance frameworks, with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Experience in education or skills development is advantageous.
