The Faircape Group Marketing team is expanding, and we are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing performance and customer acquisition for our Internet Service Provider and Fibre brand, Faircom, as well as selected brands across the Group.

This is a hands on, performance driven role, focused on executing and optimising digital campaigns that generate measurable leads and conversions.

The successful candidate will support commercial growth by driving digital campaigns, analysing performance data, and refining marketing strategies to convert demand into active customers.

You will work within a multidisciplinary marketing team, collaborating with Brand Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and Social Media Specialists to deliver cohesive and high impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Gmail and retargeting platforms
  • Execute performance driven campaigns focused on customer acquisition and lead generation
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM based marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise digital activity to improve conversion rates
  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide clear analytics, reporting, and insights to management
  • Analyse digital performance data to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and improved ROI
Brand & Campaign Management
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across digital and physical marketing touchpoints
  • Ensure website content, brand messaging, and digital assets align with overall brand strategy
  • Translate brand positioning into effective digital marketing initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Compile campaign project plans and manage timelines to ensure delivery against deadlines
Lead Generation & Commercial Growth
  • Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition and converting demand into active customers
  • Identify and target relevant customer segments through data driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain lead generation databases
  • Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Support direct marketing initiatives and targeted customer outreach campaigns
Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Research target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Analyse customer behaviour and digital journey insights to improve campaign performance
  • Provide marketing insights that help guide future campaign strategy and optimisation
Activations & Marketing Execution
  • Assist with planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and activations
  • Plan and execute on the ground activations, events, and promotional initiatives
  • Support roadshows, field marketing activities, and building/site activations
  • Coordinate below the line marketing initiatives such as flyer campaigns and direct marketing
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field

Experience & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of target audiences and customer journeys
  • Proven experience managing and optimising digital campaigns
  • Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and retargeting etc.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance and optimising campaigns based on data insights
  • Experience using tools such as:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Search Console
    • Google My Business
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital lead generation strategies
  • Experience within the ISP or telecommunications industry would be advantageous
