Job Description

The University of Fort Hare is looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Chatsworth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and waste trucks.

Applicants must have a trade-tested qualification, a Code 14 driver's licence, and a minimum of 5 years' experience working on heavy-duty trucks. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and waste management vehicles is required.
