Position: Data Entry Specialist

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and software systems.
  • Verify the quality and integrity of data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with preparing reports and data summaries for management and team use.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to clarify data discrepancies and enhance data quality.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
