Job Description

To design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics, ensures data quality, and drives data-driven decision-making. The role encompasses data pipeline development, quality assurance, analysis, visualization, and team collaboration to ensure effective project delivery and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to support analytics teams.
  • Develop and sustain ETL processes that ingest and transform data from diverse sources while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
  • Implement and manage data warehousing solutions to enable easy access for analysis and reporting.
  • Uphold robust security measures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Research and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Implement systems for monitoring data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data models and enhance the quality of data for complex analytics.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Develop compelling visualizations to support informed decision-making and promote a data-driven culture.
  • Deliver accessible and impactful findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable next steps to guide clients' BI journeys.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data analytics tools (e.g., MS Fabric).
Experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Experience working with Git throughout the product lifecycle.
