• Assist in sourcing and engaging Danish-speaking candidates to support our recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job descriptions and team needs.
• Provide clear and prompt communication to candidates throughout the hiring process for a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional training to stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential, with English proficiency as a plus.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates during their recruitment journey.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.

• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
