We are proudly part of Japan Post - Primary Duties & Responsibilities Tariff and frame import entries. Quality control of all entries processed by junior entry clerks. Handle customer and customs queries on a daily basis. Handle customs refunds from beginning to end process. Be able to handle all drawbacks of duty- application through finalisation. Be fluent in all customs documentation- PP's VOC's, etc Apply for tariff determinations when required. VDN applications. Monitor, follow up and report on all outstanding refunds on a weekly basis. Liquidation of provisional payments Knowledge of CW1 clearing program.
