Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in using customer support tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or technology platforms is an advantage.
Working Hours:
  • This is a fully remote, full-time position.
  • Flexible working hours with occasional shifts required to meet customer needs.
