Job Summary
We are hiring a highly proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a client-facing role focused on driving campaign performance, optimizing outbound strategies, and building long-term partnerships.
You will act as the bridge between clients and campaign execution-owning results, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for 30-40 B2B clients
- Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance
- Lead regular client check-ins to review results, gather feedback, and align on strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, ICP, and lead generation goals
- Design and execute outbound cold email campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Write compelling, high-converting cold email copy
- Segment target audiences to maximize campaign relevance and performance
- Monitor deliverability, inboxing, and campaign health
- Apply best practices to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Continuously improve campaigns through A/B testing and iteration
- Refresh messaging to prevent audience fatigue
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and referrals
- Represent the company with professionalism and commercial awareness
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies
- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with CST timezone
