Customer Success Manager II South Africa
Job Description
You'll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you'll manage client relationships and convert them into opportunities for long term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product related issues, while championing new products and capabilities to help every client grow.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts across EMEA, from low to mid sized spend accounts and those with growth potential.
- Identify and flag risks that could lead to churn, and engage stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
- Gather product and operational feedback and share it with internal teams.
- Provide a high quality day to day experience for customers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response to requests.
- Drive adoption of platform features that improve customer experience and retention.
- At least 4 years of client facing experience as a CSM or Account Manager.
- Background in a fast growth startup, top tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong relationship building skills and calm under pressure.
- Data savvy: able to draw insights from complex data sets and recommend actions.
- Self starter with a growth mindset, thriving in fast paced environments.
- Solid track record of achievement: quantifiable impact, rapid responsibility, or awards.
- Analytical foundation to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Curious and eager to make impact.
