Customer Services Assistant

• Be actively involved in Sales Planning, Support and Execution - achievement of the sales targets being the prime responsibility.
• Render support at dealer level to parts and technical departments.
• Assisting dealers and customers via telephone and email on spares enquiries.
• Assist with counter sales.
• Loading of orders timeously on the system.
• Supply feedback timeously on orders received.
• Manage back orders and supply feedback to customers

• National Senior Certificate
• At least 3 years' experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
• A technical background preferably on Agricultural machinery and Spares.
• Must be computer literate and knowledge how to navigate and read parts manuals
• An aptitude towards customer liaison and sales skills.
• Organisational skills.
• The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
• Knowledge of various farming practices and techniques.
• Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently
