What you'll doDeliver trusted service
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all transactions are legally compliant by verifying documentation
- Identify and flag any potential fraud risks
Create great customer experiences
- Assist customers with their needs in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide clear, accurate information about Mukuru services
- Uphold the Mukuru brand through every interaction
Own your accuracy and accountability
- Manage and balance your daily stock and transactions
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure error free processing
- Stay up to date with systems, policies, and regulations
Keep learning and growing
- Continuously build your knowledge of foreign exchange, systems, and compliance
- Participate in training and development to stay current and competent
- Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- 1+ year experience in customer service
- Knowledge of foreign currencies, FICA, and exchange control regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who takes pride in delivering quality work
