Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Manage and support a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for soft sales or service upgrades when appropriate
  • Document and track all customer interactions accurately in support systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and internal processes
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Support roles
  • Proven experience working with Freshdesk and/or Zendesk ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience handling high customer volumes or large account portfolios
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated soft sales experience or ability to identify upsell opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability and adaptability to changing schedules
