Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Manage and support a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for soft sales or service upgrades when appropriate
- Document and track all customer interactions accurately in support systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and internal processes
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Support roles
- Proven experience working with Freshdesk and/or Zendesk ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience handling high customer volumes or large account portfolios
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated soft sales experience or ability to identify upsell opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
